Welcome!
Hello! I'm Lisa LeCuyer Kofakis,
and I'm so glad you're here.

About
As a Master Herbalist and Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I love guiding people in bringing medicinal herbs, healthy habits and mindfulness into their everyday lives so they can wake up with steady energy, think clearly, and feel in control of their bodies again.
My work is grounded in lived experience - navigating toxicity and feeling dismissed by conventional medicine myself - so you're supported by someone who truly understands and makes holistic healing approachable, clear and sustainable.
I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to help you uncover the values, strengths, and resources that allow you to thrive - rooted in mindfulness and supported by the natural world.
Let’s explore how the wisdom of plants and mindful living can bring more vitality, balance, and ease into your life.

My focus is on community-centered learning, hands-on workshops, and shared experiences with plant medicine.
My background in Western Herbalism and Mindfulness Coaching deeply informs every class I teach. My work is rooted in a simple but profound belief: your body already holds deep wisdom—and when you slow down and listen, healing begins.
Through my workshops, I create a welcoming, grounded space where you can reconnect with yourself, the natural world, and the healing potential of plants. My classes are designed to be approachable, empowering, and rooted in real-life application—whether you’re brand new to herbal medicine or looking to deepen your existing knowledge.
In my classes, you’ll learn how to work with herbs like teas, tinctures, powders, and topical preparations, while also exploring the role of nourishment, movement, and daily rhythms in supporting your overall well-being.
I’ll guide you in building your own relationship with plants and your body, so you can make informed, confident choices that feel aligned and sustainable.
As both an Herbalist and educator, my role is to guide, teach, and hold space—offering knowledge, encouragement, and practical tools you can carry into your everyday life. I believe that learning is most powerful when it’s shared, embodied, and integrated over time.
